Job summary

Insight Select is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month contract in the United Kingdom, focusing on software engineering and product environments. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, liaising with senior stakeholders, and managing permanent, temporary, freelance, and contract hires.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR on transformation programmes, employing direct sourcing, digital platforms, and multiple channels to attract top technical talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
• Strong senior-level experience recruiting technical and software engineering professionals within an in-house environment.
• Experience working within a global or complex matrix organisation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or another ATS.
• Experience working through ambiguity and improving recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across permanent, temporary, freelance and contract positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Supporting recruitment activity connected to major change and transformation programmes.
• Sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, digital platforms and multiple talent channels.
• Managing permanent, temporary, freelance and contracting recruitment.
• Partnering with hiring managers and People/HR colleagues to provide effective recruitment advice.
• Supporting selection and assessment processes.
• Using recruitment data, market insight and hiring metrics to inform decision‑making.
