Qualifications

• Experience in tech customer service support.
• Basic reading ability of programming languages.
• Proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Patience when handling tough cases.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience and engage customers.
• Own customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Respond to queries by phone, email or chat promptly and accurately.
• Identify customer needs and help users use features.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback for Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Keep accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
