Labcorp is seeking a remote Team Supervisor, Global Client Delivery to join our Central Labs Services Team in the United Kingdom. The role is a 1-year, remote contract with standard hours, Monday to Friday, and involves leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class client service.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, manage resources, coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships, while aligning with Labcorp’s global standards and project

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical research in a client facing role.
• 1+ years of experience in Central Laboratory Services.
• 1+ years of experience in coaching or mentoring peers.
• Bachelor's degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory related discipline.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned team.
