Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead a targeted six-month project aimed at strengthening substantive staffing across priority sites. Working remotely with regular site travel across England and Wales, you’ll partner with Hospital Directors and clinical leaders to shape workforce plans and build robust pipelines.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, end-to-end candidate journey ownership, data-driven prioritisation, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HCA and/or nursing recruitment with direct sourcing results.
• Experience coordinating with operational and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong data literacy to use vacancy and pipeline data for priorities.
• Willingness to travel across England and Wales; UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hospital Directors and leaders to translate demand into site-level plans.
• Build proactive HCA and nursing pipelines through direct sourcing and outreach.
• Own the full candidate journey from contact to offer.
• Track milestones: pipeline health, vacancy levels, time-to-fill, conversion, agency spend.
• Identify barriers and ensure teams take action.
• Document activity for seamless handover to TA team after project.
