Elysium Healthcare is seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists on a 6-month fixed-term basis to lead volume recruitment for HCA and Assistant Therapy roles across a defined region. You will use the Eploy ATS to manage pipelines, build strong relationships with site managers, and ensure timely hiring while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Hybrid working with regional site travel is expected. Prior experience in healthcare recruitment and managing large volumes will help you succeed

Formación

• Extensive experience in volume recruitment.
• Experience in healthcare or social care recruitment is essential.
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in screening and progressing candidates efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of HCA and Assistant Therapy vacancies in your region.
• Utilise Eploy ATS to manage pipelines and record activity at all stages.
• Build relationships with site hiring managers to anticipate demand.
• Pre-screen candidates and move suitable candidates to hiring managers within SLA.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with proactive and reactive sourcing.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact to day-one.
