Elysium Healthcare is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in the UK, creating two Talent Acquisition Specialist roles on a 6-month fixed-term basis to own a defined region and drive HCA and Assistant Therapy recruitment across sites.

You will use the Eploy ATS to manage vacancies from posting to offer, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure timely pre-screening and progression. Hybrid working is available with site travel as needed.

• Experience in volume recruitment, managing many vacancies and hitting SLAs.
• Healthcare or social care recruitment experience is essential.
• Confident using an ATS to manage vacancies and track candidates; Eploy experience is a bonus.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all HCA and Assistant Therapy vacancies end-to-end across your region, from posting the advert to offer acceptance.
• Use the ATS (Eploy) to manage your pipeline, screen applicants and keep accurate records at every stage.
• Build relationships with hiring managers across sites to anticipate demand.
• Pre-screen candidates and progress the right people to hiring managers within agreed turnaround times.
• Keep your pipeline healthy by sourcing proactively and filling live vacancies.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience from first contact to first day.

Right now, our Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we're looking for two Talent Acquisition Specialists to join us on a 6-month fixed-term basis. These are brand-new roles, created to give our volume recruitment the dedicated resource it needs to keep pace with demand across our services.

You'll own a defined region, focused entirely on HCA and Assistant Therapy hiring, within a team that's been specifically restructured to give each recruiter the right-sized patch, the right operational relationships, and the right support to do their best work.

What you'll be doing

• Managing all HCA and Assistant Therapy vacancies end-to-end across your region, from posting the advert to offer acceptance.
• Using our ATS (Eploy) to manage your pipeline, screen applicants and keep accurate records at every stage.
• Building relationships with hiring managers across your sites so you always know what's coming and can get ahead of demand.
• Pre-screening candidates and progressing the right people to hiring managers within agreed turnaround times.
• Keeping your pipeline healthy - sourcing proactively as well as working reactively to fill live vacancies.
• Giving candidates a great experience from first contact to their first day.

To be successful in this role

• Solid experience in a volume recruitment role -you're comfortable managing volume (up to approx. 140 vacancies) and hitting SLAs consistently.
• Healthcare or social care recruitment experience is essential
• Confident using an ATS to manage vacancies and track candidates. Eploy experience is a bonus.
• Strong communicator -you build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Organised and self-driven: you don't need to be chased, you manage your own priorities and keep everyone updated.
• Comfortable working on a hybrid basis and travelling to sites in your region as needed.
