The Cumberland seeks an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Children’s Systems Development and Support Service. Based from home, you will help develop, maintain and improve key child-focused systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting staff in using technology.

• Experience or interest in working with IT systems and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and have good communication skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Information Security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day to day support to system users, resolve queries and elevate issues if necessary.
• Consult with relevant managers and staff in respect of business systems development
• Design, develop and update forms
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Assist with data entry, data quality checks and data cleansing tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for system users.
