Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IS&T supply chain technology delivery across the UK. You will shape, plan and deliver enterprise-scale changes, coordinating with suppliers, technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

In this permanent remote role, you will develop detailed project plans, manage risks and budgets, and drive governance across multiple workstreams from initiation to BAU transition.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering enterprise technology projects across supply chain, logistics, warehouse, fulfilment or distribution.
• Experience managing third-party, public-facing or enterprise-grade technology implementations across multiple locations.
• Strong governance capabilities: planning, RAID, dependency management, budgets, change control, reporting, closure.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of supply chain technology projects from initiation through to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, resource needs, budgets, risks and quality plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across supply chain operations, IS&T, architecture, SAP/ERP, integration, data, warehouse/site teams and third-party suppliers.
• Manage project resources, revenue costs and capital costs against agreed project budgets, forecasting and risk escalation.
• Lead one or more project teams, allocating tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
