Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a strategic analytics professional to inform long-term company strategy, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You will engage with stakeholders, contribute to high-profile projects, and support decision-making at the highest level.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical rigour, and the ability to operate independently on complex workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in an analytical or strategy-focused role (e.g. strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, investment banking).
• Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint; ability to build executive-level presentations and data visualisations.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with ability to distill findings for senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fast learner, adaptable to changing priorities, and self-starter with high agency.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate research and drafting with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own defined analytical and research workstreams; structure findings and translate into clear recommendations.
• Track progress against strategic priorities; generate clear senior-level reports.
• Maintain visibility on industry dynamics and competitive landscape; form a point of view.
• Contribute to broader Office of the CEO workstreams and priorities.
