Job summary

Firehills Consulting is seeking a Consultant in Strategy & Organisation Design. Fully remote (UK) with travel to London and client sites. You will deliver strategy, organisation design and leadership work, run workstreams, and contribute to the Firehills Furze platform in live engagements.

Two+ years in consultancy, a 2:1+ degree, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills are required. You will join a growing firm offering ownership and varied client work.

Qualifications

• Two+ years delivering client work in consultancy or professional services.
• Strong undergraduate degree (2:1 or above).
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategy, organisation design and leadership work for clients; run day-to-day workstreams with a partner.
• Bring Furze into live engagements and feedback on its use for clients.
• Help build the consulting practice by spotting follow-on opportunities and shaping proposals.
• Translate insights into client-ready reports and presentations; manage stakeholder relationships.
