Sumsub is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own the contract review and financial control process within the Finance team. You will manage international vendor contracts across multiple currencies and ensure cost-effective terms.

You will negotiate discounts, analyze spend, and optimize procurement workflows. The role requires a Finance or Economics background, 3+ years of experience, and strong English skills for global contracts.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or financial control.
• Ability to read contracts and spot financial risks.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and delivering cost savings.

Mansioni

• Review vendor contracts for financial risks and currency exposure.
• Negotiate discounts, pricing and payment terms with vendors.
• Maintain and improve the contract approval flow to speed up reviews.
• Analyze spend by category to identify duplication and optimization opportunities.
• Track contract expiries and prepare renewals and negotiations ahead of time.
• Suggest improvements to procurement policy and spend thresholds.
