The role requires extensive experience in enterprise software negotiations, governance initiatives, and a track record of influencing sourcing strategy for complex, high-profile deals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial and contract activities in a blue-chip environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic Category-wide plans and initiatives with stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
• Understanding of software licensing metrics and terms, with experience in enterprise software contracts.
