WE3 Consulting is recruiting a Strategic Partnerships Director for a UK-based, predominantly remote role with occasional London meetings. You will drive high-value commercial partnerships across medical education platforms and international events, building credibility with senior pharma leaders.

You’ll lead business development, identify new revenue opportunities, and shape sponsorship programs while traveling internationally to key congresses and workshops, reporting to the leadership team.

Formación

• Significant senior-level experience in new business development within pharma or life sciences.
• Proven track record of securing substantial revenue and managing high-value relationships.
• Established network across pharmaceutical organisations, especially Medical Affairs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and secure major new commercial partnerships across education platforms and events.
• Engage senior decision-makers and understand therapeutic priorities and education needs.
• Lead sponsorship opportunities from proposal to negotiation and agreement.
• Oversee pipelines, forecasts and new-business targets for international activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to create integrated sponsorship packages across channels.
• Attend major congresses and industry events to generate opportunities.
