The Stroke Association is seeking two experienced Strategic Change & Delivery Leads to turn strategic priorities into practical improvements across the charity. You will lead complex change, bring together teams, and use evidence to shape sustainable outcomes while travelling within the UK as needed.

The role is home-based with nationwide scope, full-time 35 hours per week, with salary around £50,000 per annum plus London weighting where applicable.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading complex change and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to apply multiple delivery approaches and adapt to context.
• Understanding of people, culture, processes and technology to enable change through influence and collaboration.
• Experience navigating complexity and uncertainty using evidence to inform decisions.
• Ability to develop others to lead change.
