Connect2Surrey is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and embed change across a major transformation programme. You will bring people through change, design engagement activities and work with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption.

The role is based in Reigate or Woking with 1 day a week on site, offering a daily rate of 500–600 GBP on a 1-year FTC. You will use established change management methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and their practical application.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating workshops.
• Experience developing and implementing engagement strategies and methodologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder mapping abilities.
• Experience supporting service redesign, transformation or organisational development initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience evidencing successful change delivery and adoption outcomes.
• Local government experience not essential but preferred

Responsabilités

• Leading and driving the people side of change alongside programme delivery.
• Developing and executing comprehensive change management plans.
• Designing and delivering engagement activities that build buy-in and support adoption.
• Facilitating workshops, focus groups and stakeholder sessions.
• Conducting stakeholder and strategic mapping to identify impacts and engagement requirements.
• Using recognised change management methodologies and frameworks to support delivery.
• Managing resistance to change and developing strategies to address challenges.
• Supporting service redesign initiatives and helping shape future ways of working.
• Measuring change adoption and embedding sustainable improvements.
