Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is seeking an ambitious Community Care Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South, covering Bristol, Kent, Southampton and Plymouth. The role is largely remote with regular travel to stakeholder meetings, events and conferences.

Reporting to the Director of Community Care, you will develop new business and deliver tailored care solutions with a strong focus on partnerships with social services, commissioning teams and ICBs.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or social care sales and partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to build partnerships with social services and commissioners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South.
• Build relationships with social services, commissioning teams, ICBs and case managers.
• Lead regional BD strategies and campaigns.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, events and conferences.
• Collaborate with tenders team on bids.
• Manage your sales pipeline and OKRs.
• Work with regional teams to tailor community care solutions.
• Monitor market trends and risks to support proposals.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and delivery.
