Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is seeking a proactive Community Care Business Development Manager to shape and grow our Community Care services across the South of England. You’ll build partnerships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored care solutions, reporting to the Director of Community Care while working with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within healthcare, social care or the acute healthcare market.
• Strong understanding of Community Care and its operational delivery.
• Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and develop meaningful partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into growth.
• The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver innovative business development strategies across the region.
• Build trusted relationships with social services, commissioning teams, ICBs, case managers and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities, generate leads and secure new business.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, partnership visits, events and conferences to grow our network.
• Identify tender opportunities and work with the tenders team on bids.
• Work with Registered Managers and the National Nurse Team to tailor Community Care solutions.
• Monitor market trends, costs, compliance and risk to support proposals.
• Manage your pipeline, priorities and targets while delivering against OKRs.
• Bring fresh ideas and entrepreneurial energy to grow our Community Care offering.
