Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is seeking an ambitious Community Care Business Development Manager to shape and grow our Community Care services across the South. You will build strong partnerships with social services, commissioning teams, and regulatory bodies while delivering tailored care solutions.

This full-time, largely remote role offers a salary of £50,000 per annum plus up to £30,000 in performance bonuses and a car allowance of £4,800.

Competenze

• Experience within healthcare, social care or the acute healthcare market.
• Strong understanding of Community Care and its operational delivery.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and develop meaningful partnerships.

Mansioni

• Developing and delivering innovative business development strategies across the region.
• Building trusted relationships with social services, commissioning teams, ICBs, case managers and other key stakeholders.
• Identifying new opportunities, generating leads and securing new business.
• Attending stakeholder meetings, partnership visits, events and conferences to grow our network.
• Identifying tender opportunities and working closely with the tenders team on successful bids.
• Collaborating with Registered Managers and the National Nurse Team to tailor Community Care solutions.
