You will bridge sales, product, and delivery teams, ensuring successful client engagement through discovery, demonstration, and implementation planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, value engineering, or professional services within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud architecture, and implementation lifecycles.
• Proven ability to build financial/value models and present ROI at the executive level.
• Experience in scoping and defining enterprise software implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales executives to understand customer objectives and challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements, map processes, and identify gaps/opportunities.
• Develop executive-level business value assessments and financial models.
• Ensure seamless handoff from sales to implementation by collaborating with teams.
