Job summary

Accelerated People Management Ltd is seeking a Commercial Solar Project Manager in Birmingham to own end-to-end delivery of UK-wide commercial Solar PV projects. The role combines technical site surveys, installation oversight and handover with a strong commercial focus.

You will work with procurement, subcontractors and leadership, with a clear path to Head of/Director of Projects as the business scales. Salary £52,000-£60,000, car allowance and remote-working options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial Solar PV projects.
• Strong electrical understanding of AC infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and multiple live projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of commercial Solar PV projects.
• Support site surveys and assess electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, schedules and site setup.
• Manage RAMS, documentation and client handover.
