Job summary

Ibcos Computers Ltd is recruiting for a Software & Payments Initiative Manager. This role is primarily remote, with monthly attendance at the Poole office for meetings and training sessions. Some UK and Ireland travel to visit customers and suppliers is also required.

The incumbent will identify and evaluate product innovations, develop business cases and drive market delivery across three Constellation Software UK-based companies, coordinating with R&D and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Essential – Degree-level or equivalent, or Scrum/Product Management/Pragmatic Marketing certs.
• Essential – Experience in software product management or software business development.
• Essential – Experience gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and drafting roadmaps.
• Essential – Experience in the agricultural or automotive dealership industry or DMS exposure.
• Essential – Strong verbal and written communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise revenue-generating initiatives across Dealer UK.
• Build business cases with cost, pricing, TAM, ARR and IRR and obtain sign-off.
• Execute initiatives as start-ups with full product lifecycle ownership.
• Lead go-to-market plans and collaborate across Product, Engineering and Commercial functions.
• Oversee R&D and product launches, including post-launch delivery and support.
