Ibcos Computers Ltd is recruiting for a Software & Payments Initiative Manager. This role is primarily remote, with monthly attendance at the Poole office for meetings and training sessions. Some UK and Ireland travel to visit customers and suppliers is also required.
The incumbent will identify and evaluate product innovations, develop business cases and drive market delivery across three Constellation Software UK-based companies, coordinating with R&D and commercial teams.
This is a remote-based role, with attendance required at the Ibcos office in Poole for meetings and training sessions, typically once per month. Some travel will also be required to visit customers and suppliers across the UK and Ireland.
£65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

The Software & Payments Initiatives Manager will identify and evaluate product innovation opportunities, develop business cases and deliver business growth through delivery of these projects to market across three UK-based Constellation Software companies.
This is a delivery-and‑orchestration role rather than a people‑management role in the first instance: success depends on influence, structure, and clarity across squads, functions, and leadership, rather than direct headcount ownership.
Essential – Educated atDegree-level or equivalent, or equivalent vocational qualifications, such as Scrum, Product Management or Pragmatic Marketing certification.
Experience Required
Essential – Experience in software product management, product marketing management or software business development.
Essential – Experience gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and drafting business cases, product visions and roadmaps.
Essential – Experience in the agricultural or automotive dealership industry, ideally with an associated understanding of Dealer Management Systems.
Essential – Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential – Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
