Job summary

DRAMS Software is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Scotland-based, remote-first team. You will deliver complex software implementations, run workshops, analyse processes and data, design practical solutions and train client staff across multiple projects.

The role requires up to 50% travel (Scotland, Ireland and international as needed) and offers £40,000–£45,000 DOE, with benefits including private healthcare, pension, life assurance and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT or related discipline with strong academic results.
• Significant experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software implementations including requirements gathering, configuration and training.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams to agreed timelines.
• Facilitate customer workshops to capture detailed requirements.
• Create high-quality business requirements and implementation documentation.
• Support data migration and post-implementation reviews.
