Job summary

Halsbury Travel Ltd is seeking a Ski Accounts Manager to manage key client relationships, tailor ski packages and drive revenue through a consultative sales approach. Remote working or based at our Nottingham Office, with flexible options including office, remote, or hybrid.

You will oversee a mix of new and existing clients, run quotes, and guide clients to the best product fit while growing the business across schools and groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ski/Schools industry preferred.
• Able to work autonomously yet responsive to team needs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willing to build your own leads and manage key accounts.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Confident with costings and margins.
• Sales and target driven.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new sales leads via inbound and self-sourced enquiries.
• Account management: Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Run quotes and personalise trip inclusions from first contact to post-trip follow-up.
• Advise clients to the best product fit based on needs.
• Follow up quotations and close sales.
• Make sales visits to schools, groups and clients, and familiarise with product.
• Identify growth opportunities within product offerings.
• Perform other tasks as may reasonably be assigned
