Technogym is seeking a Solution Key Account Manager to cover the North East UK, with Leeds as a central focus. The role is remote with significant travel, requiring a consultative sales approach, strong relationship skills, and the ability to upsell and grow new business across Health, Corporate and Performance sectors.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of sales experience, knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce a plus), and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales as Account Manager or similar.
• Experience selling solutions and managing complex deals.
• Strong consultative selling approach and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and over-achieve sales targets in North East UK territory.
• Upsell and develop new business through consultative sales.
• Maintain premium customer experience and manage forecast accuracy.
