Job summary

TENEX.AI, a remote-first security technology company, is seeking a Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer to guide customers through live deployments and onboarding of your security content. This hands-on role is customer-facing and requires engineering excellence.

You will deploy platforms, onboard log sources, and train customers to realize value from day one, collaborating with a fast-moving startup. Remote UK work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years in cybersecurity or related technical field.
Experience with SIEM platforms and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end deployments for Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel.
Onboard log sources and configure data connectors.
Deploy TENEX content—parsers, dashboards, detections, playbooks.
Deliver MDR coverage using standardized playbooks.
Train customers and hand off configurations to support team.
Manage multiple deployments and escalate blockers.
