Qualifications

• Three to five years in technical support.
• Ability to manage a queue with competing priorities in a remote, async-first environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication that makes complex technical issues simple for non-technical users.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and the mobile app ecosystem.
• Experience with helpdesk platforms Intercom, Zendesk, or Gorgias and tools like Asana or Jira.
• Right to work in the UK.
