Absolute Design, based in Nottingham, seeks an Account Manager to bridge clients with our internal development team and oversee Magento/Shopify support accounts. You will ensure estimates, specifications and delivery milestones are met, while maintaining clear client communication.

The role involves managing a busy project schedule, invoicing processes, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with client needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce CMS admin in client or agency settings.
• Ability to manage deadlines and budgets effectively.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data.
• Experience generating invoices and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and our internal development team.
• Manage multiple Magento and Shopify Support Accounts and ensure estimates, specs and milestones are met.
• Interpret client requirements clearly to internal stakeholders and provide timely feedback.
