Job summary

Pulsar Measurement, part of the TASi Measurement group, seeks a technically skilled field service engineer to deliver remote and on-site support across customer sites. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure reliability of measurement systems within wastewater, industrial, and environmental markets.

Travel up to 80% of the week is expected, with overnight stays as required. A strong electrical/electronic background, safety awareness, and customer-facing communication are essential

Qualifications

Good understanding of basic electronic circuits; formal qualification in electrical/electronic engineering preferred
Full clean driving license
Industry recognised health and safety qualification desired

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for Pulsar Measurement products
On-site service and repair of measurement systems at customer sites
Prepare risk assessments and method statements prior to site visits
Assist with testing new product developments
Liaise with Sales/Quality/Engineering/Product Management teams to resolve customer queries
