Qualifications

• Specialisation in assessing design needs across the service portfolio.
• Experience creating roadmaps and plans for full-service portfolios.
• Evidence of producing service case studies or talks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to win work: understand requirements and support proposals.
• Manage client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
• Provide advisory services across Service Management, Architecture and Design.
• Provide assurance to new service architectures and audit existing practices.
• Lead teams from customers and partners with coaching and technical guidance.
