Job summary

Network IT is seeking a Senior Service Designer for a 6-month contract with 3 days on-site per week across Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield or Birmingham. Qualifications

• Experience leading service design on complex digital transformation programmes.
• Advanced knowledge of service mapping and blueprinting.
• Experience delivering in agile environments with government or regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and improvement of end-to-end services across multiple channels and teams.
• Map journeys and service blueprints using research and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate user, policy and operational needs into practical service improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across digital, policy, programme and operational teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary agile teams through discovery, alpha, beta and live phases.
