Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to solve complex identity challenges for global enterprise customers, leading discovery, solution design, and evaluations for prospects and existing clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical problem-solving in a client-facing capacity. You’ll leverage AI and emerging tech to enhance productivity, decision making, and better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree or combination of desired experience and education.
• 3-5 years experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant or Implementation Specialist role.
• Experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Technical background with familiarity in JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical point of contact for our most strategic customers.
• Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives, customer technical requirements, run technical demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence.
