You will own end-to-end technical work, mentor peers, and collaborate with teams across the UK, India, and the US to ship resilient microservices. The role emphasizes production responsibility and AI-first development in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in Java/Kotlin ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical work end to end: breaking down ambiguous problems, making deliberate trade-offs, and shipping well-considered code that improves customer outcomes.
• Mentor, review code, pair programming to help others grow.
• Collaborate closely with teams in the UK, India, and the US.
• Embrace AI-first development, using AI tooling across the lifecycle to move faster and build better software.
• Take responsibility for all code and services deployed in production.
