Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a strategic area of our VMS platform. You will partner with engineering, design and customers to solve complex security problems, driving AI-enabled insights and robust delivery across cloud and on-prem environments.

You’ll lead discovery, define outcomes, and influence across the organization while mentoring peers. The role is primarily remote with UK travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience with video surveillance, analytics, or physical security is preferred.
• Track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Deep experience running customer discovery and translating insights into strategy.
• Strong technical fluency for engineering collaboration on architecture and trade-offs.
• Experience defining product metrics frameworks and using data for prioritization and investment decisions.
• Proven ability to influence across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring other product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic product area within the VMS platform, define the vision and roadmap.
• Lead continuous discovery with customer interviews, field observations, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver solutions that address real problems and measurable outcomes.
• Drive AI-native product strategy and integration into the video platform.
• Define and own the metrics to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Marketing, and partners to ensure successful launches.
• Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices across the team.
• Maintain market awareness of competitors and evolving security needs.
