Motorola Solutions UK Limited seeks an Engineering Manager for the Guardian CAD platform, leading software teams in a remote-first setup with occasional travel. You will guide architecture, drive AI integration, and ensure secure, reliable deliveries in mission-critical environments.

You will lead cross-functional teams across UK/Poland sites, review code, and shape scalable software architectures while championing modern AI tools to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams and projects using Scrum/Agile.
• Delivery experience for large enterprise and high-security government clients.
• Strong technical skills in C# and/or JavaScript/React.js with architecture reviews.
