Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking a junior Project Manager with a strong analytical background to support cross-functional offer execution. This role is primarily remote with very occasional travel to our London offices, designed for early-career professionals eager to learn PMO methodologies and data-driven reporting.

You will assist with project schedules, governance, dashboards, and KPI reporting while applying AI tools to streamline workflows and grow into a full Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools familiarity.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to grow into a full PM role.
• Familiarity with project tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Trello) or pursuing CAPM/PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking project schedules, action items, risks and interdependencies for cross-functional offer launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather status updates and verify milestones.
• Maintain PMO governance, action trackers and process documentation.
• Learn and apply PMO methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and AI-driven workflows.
