Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product leads to help train their language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We require 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: product requirements documents and spec reviews, quarterly roadmap and prioritization decks, feature launch and go-to-market readiness plans, A/B test readouts, user research

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
