GitLab is seeking an experienced Deal Desk leader to guide the EMEA team and scale pricing and order management. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and regional managers to drive efficient, compliant quoting and revenue recognition across Europe.

This is a remote-friendly, fast-growing SaaS role requiring strong strategic insight and change leadership. We value collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence across functions while maintaining SLAs and regional nuances

Qualifications

• Several years of manager experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or related quote-to-cash functions in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Deal Desk team, including hiring and enablement.
• Own end-to-end service model for Deal Desk and Order Management across EMEA.
• Advise Sales leadership on deal quality, pricing discipline, and policy alignment.
