Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Senior Manager, Post Market Intelligence, Monitoring & Innovation to lead a global team and transform post-market data into timely, reliable intelligence. This role blends surveillance, complaint analytics, digital enablement and AI-enabled tooling in a regulated setting.

You will shape signal detection, governance and the technology roadmap, while driving automation and cross‑functional transformation with teams across Regulatory, Quality, R&D and Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Quality, Post-Market Surveillance, Vigilance or related field within medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of post-market processes including analytics, trending, signal detection and escalation.
• Experience implementing analytics, dashboards, reporting in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global post-market monitoring model, governance and continuous improvement.
• Translate data into risk-based insights for leadership and governance forums.
• Oversee surveillance plans, PSUR inputs/outputs, reviews and assessments.
• Develop clear, evidence-based communications on trends and outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Champion post-market tools and digital capabilities, including dashboards and data pipelines.
• Define technology roadmap with IT and Quality stakeholders, ensuring governance and documentation.
• Drive automation and reproducibility across data preparation, reporting and communication.
• Lead cross-functional remediation initiatives from audits and CAPAs.
• Establish KPIs for data quality, monitoring effectiveness and improvement delivery.
• Represent function in audits and regulatory interactions.
