Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to join a fully remote operations team supporting a global client with an East London hub. The role focuses on designing, optimizing, and standardizing industrial processes across business units without a fixed site, leveraging data analysis, simulation tools, and best practices to boost efficiency, quality, and cost savings.

Qualifications

Master's degree required in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with remote project management experience.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred).
Proficiency with simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic) and advanced analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design, analysis, and optimization of industrial processes using modeling and simulation.
Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for global operations.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams (operations, IT, management) to implement changes.
Drive cost reduction and efficiency gains through re-engineering and automation strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to remote team development.
