Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with remote project management experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred).
• Proficiency with simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic) and advanced analytical tools.
