Job summary

Miratech1 is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering WFM, CX and operations. You will use Java/Spring Boot for backend services, React with TypeScript for frontend, and Node.js where appropriate.

The role suits a hands-on engineer with strong fundamentals, capable of taking features from design through deployment and production support. Experience in WFM/CX or contact center solutions is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack development with production apps.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud, containers, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Build modern web apps with React, TypeScript, reusable components and accessible UI.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with OpenAPI contracts and proper error handling.
• Design modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and OO/event-driven patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services and integrations.
• Contribute to PostgreSQL data model design and Query optimization.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud deployment patterns.
• Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated tests.
• Instrument applications with structured logging, metrics, tracing and errors.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance and resilience.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture and other engineers.
