Remotestar is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong Java backend and React.js or Next.js frontend for a fully remote role. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams from Europe in an XP/ Agile environment, applying TDD, pair programming, and continuous delivery practices.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in scalable services using Java Spring/Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks, and communicates effectively in a distributed, remote setup.

Qualifications

• Solid backend experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot).
• Frontend development using React.js or Next.js.
• Experience with XP practices including TDD and pair programming.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web app architecture.
• Ability to collaborate in a distributed, remote Agile team in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build backend services using Java (Spring / Spring Boot).
• Develop responsive UIs with React.js or Next.js.
• Write clean, well-tested code using TDD.
• Participate in pair programming and code reviews.
