Job summary

Miratech is recruiting a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operations. You’ll use Java with Spring Boot for backend services and React/TypeScript for frontend experiences, with Node.js for lightweight components as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience with production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies (Spring Boot, REST, persistence, security, testing).
• Frontend development with React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, component-based design and testing practices.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling in PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience developing or supporting cloud-based and containerized apps.
• Excellent communication and ability to document technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID/JWT and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications that power Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), and operational business processes. You will use Java and Spring Boot to develop scalable backend services, React with TypeScript to create responsive user experiences, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.
The role suits a hands‑on engineer with strong software development fundamentals who can take features from detailed technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), or contact center solutions is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
• Contribute to the design of modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns.
• Use Node.js where appropriate for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tooling.
• Contribute to the design and optimization ofPostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to integrity, performance, and audit history.
• Implement and support reliable integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other appropriate integration patterns.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud-based deployment patterns, configuration management, and environment consistency.
• Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
• Instrument applications with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting.
• Troubleshoot functional and production issues and improve application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including contribution to production applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
• Frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Experience developingREST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and participate in client‑facing workshops.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tooling, and secure software delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), contact center, or customer service solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communication technologies.
• Knowledge of workforce optimization and contact center operations, including forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
