Job summary

Miratech is recruiting a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operations. You’ll use Java with Spring Boot for backend services and React/TypeScript for frontend experiences, with Node.js for lightweight components as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, production readiness, and collaboration across Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver robust software in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience with production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies (Spring Boot, REST, persistence, security, testing).
• Frontend development with React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, component-based design and testing practices.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling in PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience developing or supporting cloud-based and containerized apps.
• Excellent communication and ability to document technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID/JWT and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot.
• Build modern web apps using React/TypeScript with responsive UI patterns.
• Create and consume REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts.
• Design modular microservices and data models for performance and auditability.
• Containerize apps and contribute to cloud deployment patterns.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated tests.
• Instrument apps with logging, metrics, and tracing for observability.
• Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues across environments.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
