Placements24 is seeking a Senior Early Childhood Consultant for a fully remote role. This expert will advise educational institutions, NGOs, and government agencies on curriculum design, policy implementation, and pedagogical strategies from a home office.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in early childhood education consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse client projects remotely while traveling occasionally if required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, policy, or consultancy.
• Expertise in curriculum development, pedagogy, and program evaluation.
• Proven track record managing complex consulting projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with collaborators.
• Proficiency in relevant software and online collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (if required).

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth assessments of early childhood programs and institutions.
• Develop strategic recommendations for curriculum enhancement and teaching approaches.
• Advise clients on national and international early childhood education policies.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs for educators and administrators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting services.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Stay updated on research and trends in early childhood development.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
