Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Early Childhood Curriculum Developer to lead the design and refinement of engaging, evidence-based programs for ages 0-6. This fully remote role emphasizes high-quality curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and learning resources aligned with current research and standards.

You will collaborate with educators and designers in a distributed team, delivering digital modules and tools for online delivery while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility across modalities.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant field with a strong research background.
• Minimum 7 years in early childhood education curriculum design.
• Proven ability to create age-appropriate, play-based curricula.
• Skilled in online delivery and digital learning content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive early childhood curricula for various age groups (0-6 years).
• Create detailed lesson plans, activity guides, and assessment tools.
• Research and integrate the latest findings in child development and educational psychology into curriculum frameworks.
• Develop digital learning resources, including interactive modules and multimedia content.
• Collaborate effectively with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts in a remote setting.
• Ensure curriculum content is inclusive, culturally responsive, and meets all relevant educational standards.
• Pilot and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, making necessary revisions based on feedback and data.
• Provide guidance and training to educators on curriculum implementation.
• Stay current with trends and innovations in early childhood education and digital learning.
