MiniMed is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to lead customer-facing activation and field execution in the UK and Ireland. The role collaborates with Product, Sales, Education, Medical, Regulatory, Operations, Customer Care, and agency partners to turn plans into practical campaigns and tools.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in marketing, business, life sciences or related field.
• Professional marketing qualification such as CIM preferred.
• 8-10+ years' experience in customer/commercial/brand marketing or launch activation.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate insights into activation plans and compliant messaging.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify activation opportunities using insight and campaign data.
• Translate product plans into customer-facing campaigns and field tools.
• Support launches with pre-engagement, materials, communications and tracking.
• Deliver installed base and retention communications.
• Prepare field enablement and objection-handling tools.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and agencies.
