You will develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules and execution plans, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and site teams across the country to optimize timelines, resources, and logistics.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 5 years in construction planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using planning software.
• Analyze scope, drawings, and specs to identify critical path activities and risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to set timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Monitor progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule status reports for stakeholders.
• Optimize sequencing and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
