Job summary

Salve.Lab is seeking a Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer to own production AWS and Kubernetes environments in a fully remote setting. You will lead on-call incidents, drive permanent improvements, and shape reliability and observability practices across the platform.

The role combines automation with security and performance optimizations, working directly with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams in a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Senior SRE/Cloud role with hands-on AWS and Kubernetes production experience.
• On-call ownership of high-severity incidents and postmortems.
• Experience with GitOps and Terraform IaC.
• Strong observability stack experience (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK).

Responsibilities

• Own reliability of production AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Lead RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Improve monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers on incidents.
